Linda
Yows Leitz, CFP,
EA
Linda Leitz
is a Certified Financial Planner and has been in the
financial industry since 1979. She specializes in helping individuals
and small businesses with their long term financial goals. Before
becoming a financial planning professional, Linda held executive
positions in the banking industry in management, credit administration,
and loan portfolio management. She began her career as a bank
examiner. She has a BBA in Business Administration from Principia
College and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Linda is active in many community activities. She is Past President
of the Pikes Peak Chapter of the National Association of Women
Business Owners and High Noon Sertoma. The Pikes Peak Chapter
of the National Association of Women Business Owners named Linda
the 1998 Business Owner of the Year. She has been or is currently
involved with various organizations on their boards or other committees:
The Colorado Springs Utilities Policy Advisory Committee, the
Southern Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce, the Colorado Springs
Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement, Wide Horizons, Inc.,
WH Foundation, and First Church of Christ, Scientist in Colorado
Springs.
Linda is married to
Butch and they have three children. Linda's hobbies include reading,
watching movies, and counted cross-stitch.
